2. Implement recruitment strategies, train team members, and maintain employee relationships.
3. Implement performance management and salary assessment systems, and formulate salary adjustment policies, reward systems, and employee welfare-related systems.
4. Those who are familiar with personnel management rules and systems, have execution ability, are careful and patient, and can communicate across departments and work as a team.
5. Assist in the implementation of the company’s IPO project.
6. Assist in stock affairs related matters (shareholders meetings, board of directors planning and convening, etc.).
7. Other work matters assigned by supervisors.
